Galahad / Glass Spider

Ok, here's an example of why the "Clan names" for mechs are stupid. You take a perfectly good name, which does not seem like an arbitrary I.S. nickname, and replace it with a rather cheesy, stupid sounding name. They may as well have called it Glass Tiger, and then we could all imagine the clanner pilots singing "Don't Forget Me When I'm Gone". This mech was declared "unseen" in early 2004. The original appearance for it will no longer be used in official products. A "reseen" sculpt was released in 2005, and was later revised to include torso weapons.

Mech Picture Reseen casting (early)
Here's a reseen Glass Spider. The sculpt is pretty chunky, but has a lot of flat surfaces for detail work. This one is painted in the Clan Hell's Horses Alpha Keshik scheme, and I freehanded a huge CHH logo on the dish.

STATUS: Completed 4/2007. Sold, 7/2008

Mech Picture Unseen casting
The Galahad is a very sharp looking mech of Rifleman lineage. It features twin gauss rifles for a solid punch. The one shown here has a drybrush gray paint scheme with checkering and Clan Nova Cat markings.

STATUS: Completed, summer 2000. Sold, 7/2001.
Won second in a local painting contest.
