Warhammer

Warhammer is one of the "unseen" lawsuit mechs. The art for it comes from Robotech, where it is known as the "Excaliber." Ral Partha did 2 casts of it. The first was similar to the original Rifleman in style, and is very rare. The second is from 1987 and is more easily assembled. In 2003, a "reseen" version was released with a non-amine appearance.

Mech Picture Reseen casting
Here is one of the new "reseen" casting Warhammers. It looks a lot different from the original, but you can pick out some similarities. I put this one in a charging-forward pose. It is painted in my interpretation of the scheme used by the 15th Arcturan Guards: The Stavlos Tigers.

STATUS: Completed, 02/2003. Sold, 03/2003.

Mech Picture 2nd casting
This Warhammer is painted in a Skye Rangers scheme.

Here is a Warhammer in Iceland Camo, with Free Rasalhague Republic markings. There is also a unit marking of a Hammer on a shield. This piece is part of a killer team with a similarly painted Dragon Fire.

Mech Picture "The Old Timer"
Original Casting
Here's an old-time mech that gets treated with respect: the original casting of the warhammer. This one is shown in a 2-tone camo scheme, with Kell Hounds markings. This individual is a true collector's piece. Each joint has been pinned for extra durability.

STATUS: Sold, 11/1999.

Mech Picture 2nd casting
This Warhammer is detailed with the paint scheme of the 12th Star Guard, as shown in the Guide to Regimental Camo Schemes. The three-tone green camo is distinctive and beautiful, and looks good in a display or on the tabletop.

STATUS: Sold, 09/1999.

Mech Picture "Black Widow (revisited)"
2nd casting
...ok, maybe twice. ;)

STATUS: Sold, 09/1999.

Mech Picture "Galedon Legacy"
Original Casting
This casting of the Warhammer is very hard to come by. It was replaced by the better-known casting sometime around 1987, and only saw a small production run. "Galedon Legacy" wears the wetlands camo of the Galedon Regulars of the Draconis Combine.

STATUS: Sold, 09/1999.

Mech Picture "The Black Widow"
2nd casting
his mech is one of the most feared ever. Modeled after the command mech of Natasha Kerensky of the Black Widow company, Wolf's Dragoons, this mech represents the pinnacle of Inner Sphere warfare before the Clans arrived. The details have been reproduced from the Battletech Camo Specs manual, including Wolf's Dragoons markings and Black Widow insignia. Ok, so every painter has to do this one once. :)

STATUS: This mini has been sold, 07/1999.

Mech Picture "Lucerne Hammer"
2nd casting
This Warhammer from 3025 sports a three-tone camo scheme and House Steiner markings. The left leg has the coat of the city of Lucerne Switzerland on it, the home city of the mechwarrior.

STATUS: Completed, 1999. This mech is not for sale.

Mech Picture "Angel of Battle"
2nd casting
This mech is painted with a 3 color camoflauge scheme, and includes a "battle angel" insignia on its right leg. The landscaping on the base includes a tree to the rear, and an uprooted stump to the front. The miniature has pewter arms, base, and accessories with a detailed plastic chassis.
