Blue Leader (Rogue One) Here's a Blue Leader X-Wing from Rogue One. I've been meaning to paint one of these since the movie came out. This one also features some repair work, as the lower blasters were broken off when I got the mini. That's a tricky repair to make because of the location. I drilled out the gun mounts and reinforced them with steel rod. It's definitely more sturdy now, and doesn't look too bad from a distance (you can clearly see it in the side-view pic). "Stealth X" X-Wing This miniature has been painted to represent the "Stealth X" configuration from the New Republic timeframe. In the description from the novels, it's painted black with gray panels approximating a starfield pattern. STATUS: First completed 05/2014. |
